How would this look on a black 'maro

Im in the processes of getting rid of my orange peel from the previous time i painted my car (was white now black) I was going tyo invest in some blue pearl clear coat and wanted to see if anyone has seen it done or what u think of it? I also wanna know if the orange peel is removed do i just go ahead and add the clear coat or do i add ploishing compound firsat then clear coat???

you have to Wet sand To get rid of it than Polish.
