What does the topic have to do with appearance and detailing? People will know your back if you respond to a thread.

Free samples are not available at this time. Its very crazy around here lately. We are a 3 man operation and its alot of work when we do samples. Just place an order for the 113 and the beadx, if not happy send it back, I will pay the shipping.

Jocko, oh man I am sorry, I have totally forgot. We need a credit card for the shipping and I will ask the Catherine to send it.

We are moving to Florida and are in peak season. Picture it a 2 car garage with an attic filled with bottles barrels, filling equipment. We have grown out of the space we are in. So I am very sorry for any samples that were not received or e mails that were not answered.

But GOOD NEWS, in the very near future we will be set up in Palm beach and we will have all kinds of great stuff to give our loyal customers, like t shirts , hats etc. We will be coming out with new products and we will have more samples of all of our products.

Like the " SECRET WEAPON PROTECTANT" " SHINEX PROTECTANT"
We are thinking about a Formula 113 paste wax for those who like using paste waxes.

Also fine cuts and compounds, just a whole family of products for the detailing industry.

Who ever was thinking about being a dealer should do it real soon. Things they will be a changing around here and there will most likely be a charge. We will also have all the tools a dealer needs to look TOP NOTCH, Like custom tents, banners, flyers and all that good stuff.

ENJOY THE SHINE

Hi Michael,

I put in an order for the Formula 113 and detailer back when you first offered samples a few months ago. I ordered it through your website and paid with Visa. Anyway, it hasn't come. I think it might have been sent UPS but those guys are just a major PIA here in Canada when it comes to getting things from the States. They probably lost it.

Can you look up my order? It is for:

Todd Sauve
56 Citadel Manor NW
Calgary, AB
T3G 3Y4

If you could send it through the US Post Office it would get here without problem. UPS is another story They even want to charge $19 extra for a handling fee for items from the lower 48!
