Anyone have any luck dealing with these guys? I sent Blackened $110 to make me a teal LED kit the last week of June, and he was supposed to send it out the following week. Here it is mid-August and no kit as of yet. About 3 weeks ago he finally PM'd me back that he'd gone away on business and would get it out ASAP, and now I can't get a hold of him again.

I also want MacEwen's overlays, whether or not I get the LED kit, but I get no response from Ryan MacEwen either. I emailed him at 3 different addresses I found for him, and also PM'd him, but got no response at all. His website says to email before ordering kits for 91 Camaros, but what good is an email if you won't respond?

Am I wasting my time with these guys or what?

 

PM him, their is a user name MacEwen. More likely than not, its him.

 

I did PM him, and I got no response there either. Message tracking said he read it the same day I sent it, too.

 

Most small businesses have that problem. Spohn is the same way. The problem is, when they get busy, they don't get around to checking their email like most people would like. Telephone is the way to go when working with small businesses.
