Was doing some reminiscing...

Wow It's nice to realize although it's not perfect yet, I've come along ways with the bird.

When I got it the first thing I did was buy wheels. This is from '94

Then this is from the Gathering II in 98. The October before I had the car stolen and stripped out. Hence the crappy wheels.

Then in spring of 99 I decided to take my TA up to my buddies lot for camping. Up there I ended up swerving to miss and animal and tore up the front bumper and pass fender. The car sat till July when I found out my neighbor paints cars for a living. He made it this

Then to this

then this

Which pretty much took him all the way until February of '00
I got it looking like

And now it looks like so

So when some guy at a car show tells me I don't know what it's like to redo a car from top to bottom, I just sit and smile and think to myself....JACKA$$!

YOUR CAR LOOKS NICE!!!

i also plan on doing a frame up "resto" this winter. anything and everything that can come off will. i want to put a 6 spd, roll cage, fully aftermarket suspention, paint it black color crome, and do my first mild single turbo motor so i can have a beast this spring.

i work at a body shop so i have accsess to all the stuff i need to do it, and i can get most of the body stuff i need cheap.

all in all, i will have a lot of $$$ tied up in it this winter. it will be worth it though

thanks
anthony

Hey, was the car show at Foster Pontiac? I was there. I'm not the guy who told you that. I talked to you about swamping a T-56 into a third gen. You said the tranny wouldn't shift into first I think. My dad brought his 71 Formula to the show. It was the last car in that row. Interesting to see your car again.

Thanks guys.

TransAm12 Sec: Yep that was me. Nice meeting you.

FLYNLOW92RS: Only plans I have left are a new trans and Baer Brakes front and rear. Once those are done that's pretty much it.
