Here we go:

Upload the pic to a webpage (don't make it too big, please)
Go to the User CP and edit your sig.
Copy the address of the pic you want to put in the sig.
Put this in the sig:

[ximg]http://www.webpage.com/yourpicture.jpg[/ximg]

But remove the "x" before "img" and paste the address of your image in place of the address I used as an example.

Then save changes.
