Chrome Valve Covers
anyone have any details on chrome valve covers for our third gens??? im gonna polish the plenum and runners and get chrome valve covers but i dont know where to find then and what all is involved in putting them on??!?!? anyone with ANY input would be great!!! o by the way i have a 305 TPI in case you didnt catch that!

Well, since you have centerbolt valve covers, they're goin to cost quite a bit more. You can get them from summit or jegs.

cool how much about are they gonna run me? and can i put them on myself in a few hours?? or can i just chrome the ones i have somehow?????

This is what I want. Well the are not the center bolts but if you click the link you will find them. If you want something cheap and just chrome go to the parts store and you should find some either Mr. Gasket or spetrum valve covers that are 40 bucks for the pair.

If I were you I would start to put them on in the morning cause when your taking off al those hoses you never know what your going to run into but valve covers yeah you should get them on in a few hours or less.

yea when i do that and have all those hoses off im gonna get those steel hose slip on kits. i just think that looks so much better than black hoses but i cant afford reall steel hoses!!! what cha think!?

i got chrome centerbolt covers from summit for about $48 i think, they're in there, just gotta dig. unless you've got a bunch of crap to move out of the way it shouldn't take you more than a half hour to swap em. who knows with emissions hoses though.

Nice headers. Looks like the have some kinda pleage. LOL mine are just white for now. Hey has anyone put those sleves on the emission hoses? Thats a load of sleves!
