Which Hood?

As you may have figured out by all my other posts, I'm doing a few apperance mods here in the next month or so. Just seeing what hood people like better. the first one is a usbody.com one and the other is a harwood. see how the one has the little groove down the center, and the other doesn't. What does everybody here like?

I like the first one because I don't see it enough. The regular cowl hood in the second picture would look better though even though it probably more common than the stock hood.

i like the first, looks kinda like the hood from the corvettes. if i were to get a new hood, i'd pick #1. seems to also have more of a flow to it by having the groove down the center

The first hood was designed from the vette hood, but the company that sells it calls it an Indy hood.

I heard that Harwood make one crappy hood...Ive read some people's sites who had them and they weren't pleased with it. But hey that may be a few bad apples in a bunch. I like #1 better anyway.

Every fiberglass hood manufacturer has a couple of bad hoods. Sometimes the hoods may be stored in areas of excessive heat and the hood gets warped. Fiberglass hoods present more flex than a steel hood.

The second will match the flow of the lines coming up off the nose of the car better. It already has a peak and that would be carried thru on the hood which looks nice. With the first hood it would be a peak to a valley.

Despite the popular vote, I like #2 better, it fits the body lines better

I'm gonna say the first one cause I don't like cowl hoods with big scoops.

I like #2. The first one is not much of an upgrade for the stock one, I mean I like the it and all, but I like the 2nd one better.

just my .02 cents.
