do they make replacement gauges for a 91 Z28? maybe white ones that go higher than 110 mph?

 

Yes and no... Macewin has a set of white faced guages but you can only use the 110mph ones unless you want your speedo reading the wrong speed all the time, they are also working on el guages for our cars. check out the webpage there is a link at the top of the page.
