check out the phone book under Auto, i think there's a lot of stuff in there about custom car stuff... if there isn't one local... then there really isn't anything that i can do about it, i don't shop for em online... But i think you should check out the auto section in the local phone book... or at least someone who can answer the question for you.
There's nothing worse then ordering a decal from somewhere online, paying money, getting it and not liking it... same thing with anything ordered online...
