No it will not! Orange looks best with a black interior. Grey and White would work well too. Tan does not compliment the orange color.

I can tell you that orange with black interior looks like a big piece of Halloween candy.

I work with a guy who WON first place in the '91 Street Truck Nationals in Ohio. He's got a '79 C10 1/2 ton Chevy that's orange with TAN tweed interior.

IMO, he would have not won if it was black. It's actually a fact that cars/trucks don't do as well in car/truck shows if they have black interior.

About the only color that black does well in is red cars, black cars, or sometimes blue.

Tan works with a color like sunset orange metallic, or HOK Tangelo Orange, but with hugger orange... no way. I've only seen 1 hugger orange thirdgen Camaro and it looked horrible. It totally changed my mind about painting my car orange.

But anyway... black and/or white looks good with hugger orange. Here's my friend's ss:

My family had a red 86 IROC with tan interior. I thought it was cool. But orange, definitely go with white. I agree that orange with black looks too halloweeny.

Never really wanted an orange/yellow/red/bright green car, just screams "TICKET PLEASE!". How about a black with black interior. Oh and make sure its a nice black tint job with some nice chrome rims and exaust tips. Now that just screaaams evil!

So does my lack of exhaust!

Seriously, I know the feeling, I'm afraid to drive normal speeds for the simple fact that my car is so loud right now it seems like I'm flooring it when I'm really not.

The only colour I've seen that a tan interior really suits is polo green.

my 87 IROC was the IROC red color, it has a little bit of orange in it... it had a saddle/tan interior and it complimented just fine, i found no problem with it.
