Finally have pictures of my 84 z28!!!!
I just finished the engine swap and transmission rebuild and finally
got some pictures. The body work, paint, and suspension are
next on the list. I was originally going to go all red, but I think
I may keep it two tone. I am thinking about bright red with the
ground effects being a charcoal color to match the interior theme.
I hope you guys like it, and any feedback positive or negative
is greatly appreciated.
Sorry in advance about all the posts, I don't know how to post
multiple pics.

redbird_400 - I put the headers on the engine before dropping
it in. I couldn't imagine how much of a pain it would of been with
the engine in place
. As it is we custom bent new fuel and
tranny lines to route them away from the headers. Now they run
down along the oil pan and in front of the transmission.

Yeah, it sucked. I should make some kinda bent up wrench that is used to install the rear boltz. I bet that wrench would sell. Hmm there is a get rich quick idea.

91bird305 - I had to massage my dual snorkel assembly to get it
to fit on my edelbrock carb. I got a banjo fitting for the fuel intake
line, but still had to hammer a small dent on the underside to get
it to fit.
IROCZTWENTYGR8 - I have listed the steps I used in another post.
I also included pictures, if you search under "polish" and look for
my name in this forum you should be able to find it. I would post
it, but it is very long and I don't feel like typing it again
. If you
have any questions e-mail me and I will be glad to answer them.
Quick6 - I have thought about those tail lights, I know it is a very
common thing to change. However, I like the factory taillights for
this year, I think they have a smoother appearance.
Everyone, else thanks for the remarks and keep them coming. I
like to here what other people think of my car and what they feel
could improve it.
Like I mentioned before when I get the paint done I am kind of
thinking about doing bright red with charcoal ground effects. How
do you guys think it would look and could someone possibly
photoshop it to that color (ground effects charcoal).
I am also planning on removing the bump strip along the side.
