Parking Lights, 2 plug or not 2 plug?

Hadnt been here in awhile, glad to see you guys are still here. Anyway I got a question.
I just purchased some new front parking lights "you know the ones that look like crap from all the water and stuff"
I noticed the open hole on the bottoms of them, should they be pluged so no moisture gets in them to cause that problem again?
or what?

thanks guys.

Im going to start posting here again since Im now getting back around to messin with my car....

I was looking for that. thanks
What Im talking about is the little opening on the bottoms of the new parking lamps...I guess its for water to drain out. Should I plug them with some caulking or something? So then water wont get in them.

No, dont plug them. The holes are there to let the heat out. If you plug them, they would probably blow up or melt.
