All about paint

hi, i have a 92 dark bright teal camaro. The paint on the sides of my car is in great condition, its fairly glossy and it only has a few nicks in it, but the hood and front plastic piece are all chipped up. i plan on selling the car to get a z28, what kind of advice does anybody have. should i repaint the hood and front? will it match in color and glossiness? what products are there for paint and what do they do? thanx

its a metallic color, and will be somewhat hard to match in shades, but a good body shop can. It will more then likely still be a bit glossier then the rest.

Option 2, send the car to me for parts j/k

Any good paint shop will be able to match it very good.Have you polished the sides to see how good you can get them to look, not wax.If you have already done this then there may be some differance, but not much.
