Please read: someon from TGO took my money

I bought an AC compressor off someone on here and it wasnt any good, locked up and he ripped me off. I dont mean to sound like an *** but I dont like it when people take my money like that. Heres the whole story. I bought the compressor off a guy on here and it didnt work. I emailed him a bunch of times and finally he said he would send me my money back so I left it go for awhile and no money. I sent him another email and he said it was on its way. I got a check in the mail about a week later and cashed it at my bank. and since I had the cash in my hand I thought it was over with. I then deleted his e mail adress from my adress book . I then got a phone call at work a week or so later telling me that the check bounced and that they were taking it out of my checking account which I use to pay my bills including my car payment for my Z plus a charge to my account. so now Im almost 65 bucks out to this guy and now I cant get ahold of him at all. I have his name from the check and his phone number but still cant get ahold of him. I would really appriciate any help offered here from you guys in tracking him down and at least get my 50 back from him or I will need to make some legal actions because I dont take kindly to people taking my money like that. So if anyone knows a Lois A. Rodiguez Jr. tell him I want my money back as soon as possable or I will be going to the local police and I will let them handle it.

Most email programs store your emails in a sent or out folder. Did you check there?

Why dont you look up his name at switchboard.com or something similar and call him...thats what I do when someone tries to rip me off on ebay. Good Luck.

How does that make you look bad? I'd be pissed too. Good luck, I hope you get your money back.

I'm selling the A/C system from my Iroc. It includes the compressor, evaporator, condensor, hardlines, blower motor, upper blower box, and brackets. The only thing missing is the lower blower box which is nothing more than an extremely common piece of plastic and can be had for @ $5 at a parts yard. Email me at RyanCG10@aol.com if intersted.

well I guess doing this helped because I recieved an Email from them today and they say they will give me all the money back, but this time I want a money order. Extreme3rdgens PM me about the compressor I may need some other stuff in the near future too. I understand about him not knowing it wasnt any good but the part that angered me was that when I got the bad check I could no longer get ahold of him. and as for everyone else on here thank you for your help and I now have some renewed trust in the guys here and hopefully it wont happen again.
