Where can I get a front body kit

Damn ground effects...
The front driver side of my lip kit got cracked and chiped off big combinaton of bondo and paint 
Do any of you know how I can fix this?
Ok I seached and found some sites on where I might be abel to buy one. But considering that I don't hve that much money...how can I fix or completely seal that crack on the front lip?
