polished my plenum

i polished my TPI plenum

i started off with 60 grit to remove the heavy crap, then quickly went to 220, then 320, then 320 wet, the 400 wet, the 600 wet

i know i need to hit it with 1000, 1500, and 2000, but i didnt buy those yet

so far, it turned out really nice, i think i should have sanded longer with the 220 because you can still see some of the pitting

i used mothers mag/aluminum polsih

Polish the runners, you will get more for them if you sell them, especially on Ebay. I polished my stock runners just for that purpose, because I have SLP's. I noticed that anything polished brings more $$$ on ebay. Nobody likes to do it. I'm currently doing my fuel rails. Oh yeah, we want PICS!

Not that I would say that it is hard. Its just that it seems it would take alot of time.

Just wait till you hit it with the 1000, 1500, 2000, then you will see what all the work was for.
