well im not totally sure, but i am about to put mine on too, just got it today for $50

all i am gonna do is pull all three pieces of the stock spoiler off, and very carefully weld up the holes. Then measure and drill for the new holes. Luckily im getting a new paint job so i dont have to worry about matching paint.

take off the stock spoiler and WELD the holes up......that's really the only thing that I could trust when doing holes is weld. Grind down the welds....and some filler....sand, feather, primer, then paint. I did it when I had my old 84......wasn't that bad to do. I'm not sure how much a body shop would charge if they do the work....I've heard around $300.00....around here anyway..
