what does this mean.............
why would a company build their 17X9.5rims with a +54 offset and then jump so high going to 18X9.5 at +65?
the 18X10.5 is only a +58.
their 17X8.5 is +58, yet their 17X9.5 is +54?
why do they fluctuate like this?
