Rebuilding T-Top Headliner
Hey guys.
First off, i read the tech article, so you don't need to tell me to read it
This week i've been rebuilding my t-top headliner. I just finished gluing on the new material, it looks pretty sick! I was wondering if anyone had any tips on cutting the holes for the seatbelts. I'm worried that it's gonna look like shat / delaminate after i cut the slits & holes. Words of wisdom??

If your going to cut the holes yourself......the only thing i could think of would prolly be to make sure the headliner material is pulled tight so you get a nice straight cut....otherwise its going to bunch up and come out looking crappy. just take your time with it and dont rush. Id suggest using either a sharp razor knife or an xacto......i would use scissors.......good luck

I cut the holes in an X style and folded the excess over on the inside of the headliner. It actually came out looking pretty nice. When i get it into the car i'll post some pics.
