Can I Weld The Handles ? Help

Can I Weld The Handles ? Help
I COULDNT FIND ANY REPLACEMENT FOR MY BROKEN INNER HANDLES....SO I WILL WELD THEM.
CAUSE I NEED THEM TOMORROW (CAR ANNUAL CHECK)
IM FROM CHILE AND I CANT FIND ANY WRECK
IT IS POSSIBLE ?

I don't think you can weld those...They are what is called white metal, very cheap stuff. That is why they brake so easy. You could try but I don't think it will work. Sorry that I can't help you more then this..You could however screw a flat piece of metal to what is left depending where it broke off. HTH

actually its 'pot metal' if you need handles i can get them for you... theres always an abundance of camaro's at the junkyard around here... pm me and ill see what i can do.

search for a post by Deadtrend on his custon door handle cause one broke on his bird too.. he did an easy fix that didnt look half bad
