Other than the center cap, are the rims off a 91-92 Z28 the same size as the ones off an S-10 w/ the ZQ8 Handling Package? Or can I buy a set of 91-92 Z rims and switch the center caps?

Yes, they are physically the same wheel that came on some 91-92 Camaros. Problem is, the Camaro uses different backspacing on the front and rear wheels. The S10 used (4) FRONT wheels. So your back wheels would stick out some.
