i need to decided if i want a cowl hood or an ss hood, i'm saving every penny and dime i can get so i can get one (so i dont want a bad buy.) post pics of your cowl hood or ss hood and help me decide!

holy crap those rims r huge....is that a real pic? if so what size r they?

 

look like 18's Torq Thrust II's to me...but...I could be wrong about the size.....just a guess

 

I'm also undicided on which hood to get this spring. I have only 1 question about the SS hood how much more clearence does it give you? I like the cowl because it looks mean, but alot of people have them. I also know you can make them functional. So I guess I'll have to see what some look like.

 

The SS hood dosen't give much clearance...it'a bout a 3 inch cowl at the back....so...abbut 3 inches I'd say....but..I just got it cause it looks very aggessive on our cars...and noone around here has'em

How aboult a cervinni's ram air hood? I love mine cause it's something different, gave me 3" of clearence under the hood, fit awesome! and looks mean!! Sorry aboult the crazppy pics, they were takin while the car was just brought into storage, so it's pretty dusty!

how much did yall pay for your cowl hood i bought one yesterday for 150$ at the swapmeet its a 2" cowl and its fiberglass

That yellow car on the top with them big rims on it, that's my car. And those rims are not the rims on it, as MetalliCamaroRS said, I have the 91-92 rims on mine. That's a photoshop big time.
