shaving emblems

shaving emblems

has anyone shaved the emblems off from ground effects? i dont mean just taking them off but i mean filling in the recesses afterwards. pics would be great!! thanks

I kinda like the emblems.....

its not that i dont like the looks of the emblems, but I am going to use 92 RS ground effects, and since my car isnt an RS I dont want to try to pass it off as something it isnt. unless i could have some custom ones made

I dont think the shaved emblems really look that bad.

anyone have some opinions on what i should do??

Transmission: Borg Warner 5-Speed
here are shaved emblems along with shaved nose and shaved who knows what else.

i think it looks good on this car, but i don't recommend doing it to any other car.

i think leave the emblems on, z28 emblems look awesome.

i filled in mine, because one was missing. also shaved the door handles to go along with it.

does anyone else think that the shaved emblems look good?

I just dont want to be called a liar for having RS, or Z28 emblems on my car when my car is niether of those.

What I did was get a sign shop to make decals that were reflective and said RAIF to cover up the Z28 on my 91 side effects.
