I need this cleaned up for me so it's readable:



I guess you might have to turn it into a white background with black letters or something. I don't know, that's why I need help

well dude....this is as best as myself could do....i tried 6 or 7 different filters in photoshop.......made it a little better. Just that the image to start with is blurry and to try and get it decent is real hard. Here ya go though....
