I am really getting tired of my spoiler and I want to get a different one, but the ones I am thinking about getting don't have a third brake light in them.

How would I wire and attatch a third brake light on the inside of the hatch? I have heard that there were problems getting power to the light because it interferes with the defogger strips.

 

You might take a look at a '91 -'92 RS (or maybe Z-28?). My third brake light is under the glass, but the defogger doesn't cross the light. I can't picture what other defogger hatches looked like, and I currently lack the technology to post a pic of mine, but I thought maybe it would give you something to think about.
Hey, just a thought, kind of an extreme solution, but you could swap a '91 -'92 hatch onto your car complete with brake light.
Like I said, just a thought...
