Shipping my hood

Hey yall, I was wondering if there is a way to ship a cowl hood. I am trying to sell my 4 inch cowl hood to another thirdgen member and don't know if shipping is possible. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Sorry if this isn't strickly technical, but it is for the good of two members and I am sure it will be useful to others aswell.

you will most likely have to ship it via, truck freight, try www.abfs.com they are really good to deal with, i shipped a whole t-top roof (t-tops and all) to some guy in kentucky with them.
