Camaro needs new wheels

I have read people asking if the Xtreme rims off an S-10 would fit, or look right on a 3gen. What about the ones below? I have yet to see them on a Camaro or Firebird, and personally think they would look great. I tried to Photoshop them onto my car, but they look hideous with me doing it. I have a picture in my head of what I think they would look like, and it comes out looking nothing like it. Someone else want to take a crack at it?

Well, I know it would help if I included a picture of my car, but I can't figure out how to shrink it down enough. So, anyone got a picture of a red Z-28?

There is an s10 down the street from my house with those rims on it and I have wondered about them on a thirdgen. If you get a good side view of them on a s10 of something i can photoshop them on.

So what is everyones opinion of them? Take out the GMC and put in a bow tie, or something, and I really like them. Only problem is I have only been able to find them for sale at dealerships. They don't seem to be very popular in salvage, or truck repair yards.

I like them but not on a red car, they would need to be chrome, black or highly polished to be on red.

Should fit.....

S-10s and F-bodies use the same bolt pattern, and as far as i can tell (by doing some fiddling with AmericanRacing's site), they use the same offsets.

So, S-10 wheels will fit a thirdgen, vice-versa.

Probly not enough Xtremes out there yet for the stuff to be in the boneyards yet. Maybe check out E-bay.

E-bay is dry too. They only have the 2000 style. Even wheel outlet places don't have them.

I've wondered what those wheels would look like on a camaro for awhile. I think they look great on the trucks though...

http://www.aaarims.com/ sells them I think... they're a pretty steep price though

they will not work....the offset is way off. i bought a 2001 s-10(only had it 3 months...thought i could live with a 4 cyl.) and tried to put the wheels on one of my camaros and they stuck out about 2 inches.

well, that's not entirely true.....only wheels from 2WD S-10s have the same offset....the 4WD wheels will not fit right

I've got 2001 S-10 xtreme wheels on my 1992 RS, and yes they have the same bolt pattern&offset, but there is a small lip (in the center hole of the wheel) that has to be ground down, It's not that hard, and was well worth it in my opinion....I'm assuming that the new wheels are the same way.

but mine don't look like those....mine look exactly like the ones on this truck:
