k so where are you guys buying these hoods at?? course i want my functional. where do i get one??

 

is it possible to make the hoods on a newer mustang GT funtional??? just curious cause i saw 2 today.

 

might as well post mine, I might even paint it this spring, after the 11sec goal is made.

wow. the pic of mine is real old. this was after it was painted.

 

I had mine made by a fiberglass shop around here, was cheaper than ordering it from Hawks or other places like that. I had to cut out the hole for the grill by myself,wasn't hard though.

One thing, are the ones from Hawk completely fiberglass? A buddy of mine has a SS hood and the underside of his is finished differently than mine.

 

That looks like it came out nice, although, the scoop is a bit smaller

The ASCD hood is completely made fiberlgass
