I was playing around in photoshop and came up with this li'l concept.
A Hardtop Convertible, with a wide body/gfx kit and relocated license plate.

I thought it looked pretty cool, so I decided to post it:

I wonder how difficult it would be to make a Hardtop like that?
If nothing else, it would make it a whole lot easier for those wanting to chop a coupe into convertible if one could eliminate parts like the ragtop/framework and the opening tonneu cover. Plus, there would be quite a bit of added trunk space when the top is off than what it is for a regular cab.
Other positive sides would be the glass rear (which could be tinted like in the drawing), less leaking and so on..
