i used Meguires gold class liquid until i used Formula 113. Now i have a bottle of Meguires wax that i dont have anything to do with! But like everyone says...the only thing bad about Formula 113 is that you will never go back to any other brand. IMHO, F113 is the best wax available. Zaino is far too expensive.
Just buy a carton of F113 and it will last you about 10 years...

Meguiers 3 step system with the pro series waxes is pretty good. Gold Class is slightly overhyped IMO. I think the Pro stuff is better although the Gold Class is a nice daily driver wax. If u wana go all out, get the Zaino. Its not that expensive and the results are awesome. I used everything on my new Honda Shadow to get the best shine out of the paint. I figured with brand new paint pretty much any decent wax would look good. I started with Mothers, it was ok, went to the Gold class, it was better, went to the three step meguiers, it was a little better, then I stripped all the old wax off. Went to Zaino. Ill never use anything else. There is no way to get a better shine out of your paint. Plus once u do the system u wont need to do it again for a long time. Just use the spray to bring the shine right back. Make sure u put down a few coats of the product and u wont regret it. Water rolls right off. I never tried this Formula 113 but I dont think I could be any more satisfied then I am right now. Next year when my IROC gets painted I will definitly use Zaino on it. I figure if Im going to spend almost $10,000 on a paintjob then the polish I use on it better be the best.

try the Mothers Reflection wax. i bought that and love it. it goes on very easy and comes off with little effort the onlything bad is it will sometimes leave a dusty aftermath to it but thats nothing the California car duster cant handle.

zymol is that a long lasting wax? meguires gold? I hate when you wax a car and in a week it does not feel or look like it has been done in a while. Eage one was like that.black magic has a petroleum of some sort in it does that effect how long it last?

I love Zymol. It'd available at most Wal-mart's and auto-zone's too. It's a cleaner wax (which is to help get the impurities out of your paint, I think) and leaves a very nice shine. But for best results, you should get the zymol cleaner wax and then do the step 2 and 3 meguar's products. There's my .02

my vote is for the meguiars mirror glaze. ive used the three step system and to be totally honest, i thought is sucked. as soon as it stops raining im going to try the formula 113 sample i have and see what its all about. for the time being, i say meguiars mirror glaze line. btw the mirror glaze isnt an easy one step thing, i wash then clay bar then use #2 then #9 then #7 then finish up with the wax #26)

just thought I'd make this post. I sell the formula113 detailing kit for $40 shipped to you. and a $5 first time order discount if people want to try it out.

I vote for meguairs
I think that meguiars is the best readilly available car wax on the market. I have always got great results from the Gold Class Car Wax.

I use this stuff that my mom gets by the case called "Ibiz". She got some at a car show one year, and it is all we have used ever since. Wax once every six months. Right after you use it, you cannot sit anything on the car, 'cause it'll slide off. Water just beads up and runs off. It's great!

both paste and liquid cost $10 ish liquid does 5 ish cars, paste does 15ish cars. my vote is for paste, only because it goes farther. i can't find the paste mirror glaze anywhere though

Liquid Here
I have always used the Liquid Style Waxes, In my opinion liquid is a little easier to work with than a paste style wax.

I agree with Mark and CustomX, gold class if you want something you can just pick up anywhere, otherwise Formula 113 is the best. I've got some of both right now.
