Yeah, the door panels are very tight.Notice how they are COMPLETLY different from a normal camaro door panel.

As well check out the all red taillights.

I am sure you will catch some hate from the old schoolers and stock *****.... but I think your car looks amazing. You did everything right. I just love the look of a slammed thirdgen... that's the first time I've seen yours with the GFX installed. I didn't like the way it looked before.

If I had to give a criticizm... the door paint doesn't seem to match, but maybe it's just the metalic in the paint flipping.

You're car is sweet man. Like they said the older pics w/o the GFX didnt look as cool. Now the car looks very very agressive. I get the feeling you're into the lowrider or sport truck scene like me (I'm into slammed trucks too). I love to see people into that kind of stuff go wild on a 3rd gen. Keep up the good work!!

Yes the paint i used was Spray on Transleuscent Candy Apple Red.3 coats with Glass Glossy Clear coat over top.Worked out very well.

And yes the door ,GFX , and nose are all in just temporary paint.Just gotta get me through summer till the REAL paint job comes. Not bad thought

Im thinking about putting in the Chevy style headlights of the 88-98 pickups. But instead put in the APC projector style meant for the trucks. I will do this once i figure out how the hell to mount them. They will run me $694 canadian for the pair.and then tax.

Hos did you do the doors?

Like everyone else, i would like to know how you did the doors, what pieces did you use and from what car. Did you cover them your self or have a shop do it?

Looks sweet. I'd also like to know about the door panels. What kind of inside handle is that and what was involved in retrofitting it? Same question with the armrest.

They are Mazda handles and Honda accord armrests.Armrests were fairly easy to do,just some metal banging and a couple of new holes drilled. The handles were a bit more difficult, they are screwed into the door metal, but it had to be reshaped to allow the handle to appear sunked in.Also the metal rod that connects to it had to be shortened and relocated and rebent.

I got my upholstery guy to do it for me.I took some part in it but ive got to give him the credit. His name is Perry Cosgrove and own a shop called Buckets and Benches.

Nice ride. just one question. What kind of paint did you use to paint over the tail lights? I am really curious to know because I am interested in getting rid of that orange also.

Testor's candy apple translucent paint is what he most likely used to paint the taillights, search the boards for "taillight mod" and you'll get a bunch of posts on it

They are Eagle Alloys Series 077 rimz. They are 18"X8" sizing and are wrapped in BFG's P225/40r18 Euro T/As.

The bolt pattern is actually 5 on 4 1/2 instead of 5 on 4 3/4 so they do have adaptors on them.

Remember...its not legal till its 18.....inches that is!

Dude you need to fix your exhaust tips. the driver side exhaust tip is much closer to the side of the car then the passenger side. It looks kinda funky. Other then that looks cool man.

Hehe,hey all

Yes, they do have adaptors on the rims...other than that i have no problems at all with them.

Yes,i have noticed the exhaust tips like that...its kinda wierd...i think all factory exhaust is kinda offset like that cuz almost all camaros i take a look at...the right side exiting pipe i always a few inches mor inward than the other. When i put the new Flowmaster system on hopefully itll fix it.

The RKSport Sticker is actually the VERY first thing i did to the car!My older brother ordered a whole whack of stuff from them for his 99Z , he gsve me the sticker to put on.I will be taking it off very shortly...its knda gettin old.

Thanks Fyrelance, i dot think they make the car look A lot more agressive!

how did you do the front bags? is it a coil over setup or did you just put bags in the spring area? also why is the air tank placed above the gas tank did the pumps take up all the room in the well?

Ill post some pics of the console later today.Gotta go to work.
There air tank i have is too big to fit into the wheelwell of the car.Anything smaller than the tank i have would almost be useless.I can get 2 full front and back lifts out of this tank.
The front bags are just the same as the rear, bags in place of the coil using mounting cups.
