Looks like the one pictured is salvagable. I would ask the seller to send more pictures of all four of them before bidding.

The one pictured definately looks like it can be fixed up real nice with some polishing

Mine are in better shape than that and I'm pretty sure a little polish and love will NOT fix it.. I'm opting to go paint stripper and then polish it to a nice metal shine. See what all 4 rims look like first and also pray he didn't smack any curbs as that would only show up when you get them balanced.
