i was reading your post about the fiberglass formula hood....and i thought i would tell you something before you order it. I calle them up and talked with a guy down there. The hood is a stock replacement formula hood made out of fiberglass but....its doesnt have the holes in the hood to allow the hood insulation retainers to go into it...and it doesnt have the screw holes to allow for either the peice of screen or alluminum to go into the hood bulge. As soon as i heard that i decided to cancel my order. Just thought i would let ya know before you went and ordered it if you have already.

My friend has an 87 formula with a fiberglass formula hood... has no bulge screen... i dont like the way it looks from the inside, you see screws in it and that doesnt please my eye... just thought youd like to know

yeah...np man...thought id let ya know. I thought it was to good to be true also.....until i found all that out. Yup....more money in the engine..lol.
