How to "shine up" black aero wing?
In regards to the black aero wing that was put on the 85 and 86 Trans Ams (not the painted one, but the one that is just dyed black), how can I make it nice and shiny? Should I just use Armorall on it, or is there a better way? It is in excellent shape otherwise, but it is just a really dull black and appears to be what I would consider to look a little oxidized.

I'd clean it thoroughly first, with something like an alcohol pad, then follow up with a product made specifically for exterior rubber; Back to Black or something similar. If its faded, chalky, or discolored, you can get black trim paint (SEM and others) and give it a light coat.

It's not really discolored or faded, its just kinda dull looking. So, can I use that spray on tire foam on it?
