I really love the look of the first gen firebirds. Has anyone done a taillight swap into a third gen bird? Anyone have ideas/plans for it? Would it have to be 100% custom fabrication or are there only some things that would have to be fabricated?

Other questions:
Are there other cars with similar lights? (GTO?)
Are there any types of aftermarket kits for this or similar? (I never see anything for firebirds.)
Is this something really easy that has been done? Or really hard that I'd have to use my brain for?

i have not heard nor seen anything about an aftermarket swap. i am pretty sure that it would be all custom. i was thinking about doing a similar job to mine but i have a camaro and it was going to be early 2nd gen camaro lights. i lost interest in the swap soon after conception.
