do the firebird center caps fit on any of the camaro rims? how would this look?

no .. firebird centercaps are different. Camaro early z28 and late RS centercaps have a different shape with metal clips plus plastic dowel pins. iroc rims have a different style. And the firebird rims have a different shape.

firebird caps... i got CHROME ones... anyone ever seen them? what did thye come on? they only haev plastic clips... should they have metal too? they say taiwan inside...

no i dont think there suposed to have metal too....I got one on my wall here w/o metal...just plastic clips.

well the clips break right off... any suggestions to keep the caps on better?

FYI, The OE ones from GM had metal crongs to hold em on. If you have an all plastic one, you've got an aftermarket cap. I bought a set of the all plastic ones from a guy on ebay , and within a week I was missing 2. One came off while hammering a corner on Riverdale Road, and the other one dropped on a rough patch of pavement. I bought a couple more, and used a couple little beads of flexible "Shoe Goo" glue. It is water proof, and after 3 months they are still in the car. the glue comes off pretty easy if you need to get the cap or the glue off.

I've been looking into new caps too. ...for the Iroc.

Do all Iroc caps fit all Iroc wheels? 85-85 and 88-90?

-and how should I remove the old ones?
