shiftplate

Ordered a new console and shift plate. What would be the best way to cut out the holes on the shift plate for the power windowand powerside mirrors?

the power mirror switch should go on the drivers door where the mechanical **** is. Thats where GM put it. As for the power windows switches. just scribe 2 rectangles and use a drill and drill a bunch of holes in the retangle untill most of the material is gone. then use a file and square up the corners.

I used a dremel with a grinding bit. works awsome....and it doesnt crack the plastic. Nice and straight cuts. Thats what i did on my formula. The interior on her is all new.

$400? Ouch! GM only got around $275-ish for those parts.
