I think its from the GTA....kinda looks like a convertible wing too though...not really sure on what wing it is. Any camaros out there have it?

Yup, its a Firebird wraparound spoiler. Formulas, Trans Am's, and GTA's got them.
Every time i see that one camaro with it, i can never decide if im looking at a camaro or a Trans Am, especially with the crosslaced wheels!
