Don't know the length of tint you should buy. But I believe 1 roll of truck window tint should do it.

i also live in jersey and I heard that if you put a dollor bill vertical along the window, it shouldnt be longer than that from the point which you can see out, or something along those lines.

me and my dad did the tint on the camaro, the back is in strips though, it's best to pay to get the back done by a shop, the sides arent that hard though...

what do you mean? there is a high concentrate of metallic in the paint along with the clear and other things so in order to get a picture it's pretty tricky.

here's a side angle with the sun not directly on it........there isn't anything on the paint, it's just clean. bling bling.

it isn't that it's bad, it makes it harder to work with.

just be sure to get a high quality grade and take your time. if you go with the cheap stuff it won't matter how good you are as it won't last long.

good luck with it

Nope, it goes on the inside, on the outside wouldnt be avery good idea, as the weather would kill it, thats why it is a pain, my hatch struts don't work either, i can't imagine trying it in one piece..

yup no tint on the windshield unless it came from the factory like that. I'm pretty sure you'll get away with it though. You're also not allowed to have tints on the sides of the driver, but anything behind the driver is fair game. Make sure you use 3M tint if you plan on doing it yourself and definitely get the back hatch done by pro's. I know a couple friends of mine with fbods who got their side windows and back hatche's done for around $130 for a very good job. I only have side windows (plastic vert window) so I was planning on giving it a shot on my own. BTW does anyone know where I can purchase some 3M window tint?

If you look at the windsheild on the pasanger side, there ill be a little line with an arrow pointing down. You can put anything bellow that line. That how it works in minnesota when I had my windsheild done.
