Saturday I used 3M emblem adhesive to try to glue two of my IROC emblems back onto the plastic plugs in the center of the wheel. I taped them down (1" wide masking tape, criss-crossed) to hold them in place till the goopy stuff dried. When I went out to take the tape off that evening I found the emblems curled up like a dried up leaf!. One had pulled the tape loose on 2 sides and was about to fall off and the other had lifted up under the tape for about 1/3 of the circumference of the plastic emblem. Anybody know of a way to "save" these IROC center emblems, or know what I should try to glue them back on the plastic centers with if I can get them to go flat again?

 

Hmmm,sounds like you might be stuck buying a set of new ones. I'd wait for a swap meet as new I think they're $20 each.

I picked mine up new from a swap meet for $10 each.
