Cost of body work & paint

Hi guys,
Just curious if there are any body men here who might be able to give me an idea of the cost of what I'd like to do.

I've got an '84 Trans Am. The paint is really jacked up, and there are two primered fenders on her from an '86. I didn't coat over the primer for the winter like a dumbass, and there is some slight surface rust. There are two holes in each fender from where I took off the body molding. There are rust holes in the strut tower where the bolts that hold down the windshield washer bottle that would need to be patched. There may be some slight rust underneath the ground effects. I'm going to be putting the 85-90 T/A ground effects on since the original '84 set can't possibly be repaired.

ANYWAY... How much do you think I'm looking at to fix the rust, holes, some minor body work in the way of door dings, and have some paint put on? How much of a price difference would there be between single stage acrylic and a base/clear job? I know MAACO and the like are not places to be trusted! Any insight someone could give would be appreciated.

Oops... I'd like it resprayed the same body color-black.
