Sharp looking birds!!

great combo with the 91 - 92 gta/formula/transam wing.

Is that red bird going to get that same wing? just wondering because i didnt see a wing on it in the pics.

heh thanks bud. i like your car too.. looks much better with the gta's on it. i'm pretty sure with the vision and imagination that you have, your car will be quite the sight when you're done with it.

thanks dude, means a lot coming from you i have boatloads of exterior mods planned. first, i have to deal with a sneakly little rust problem that i've ignored for too long (just one spot, but its not cheap to get fixed..)

after that,

- tinting (i know i know, it's been too long -- i totally agree i need it. I'm going 5% on the back and 30 on the sides i think)

- getting flowmasters, so i'll have bigger (and shorter) pipes

- clear sidemarkers. i'm pretty sure i want these but i'm waiting cuz i still have doubts. i cant decide which would look better at night with the blue underbody neon -- amber and red.. or white all around. along with this i'll be fabbing some clear parking lights (the orange ones on the front)

- i hope to replace the side-skirt gfx with those of a 91/92 z28 (thanks Zephyr for the inspiration / instruction on that one)

- i'm dying to find an ss hood for firebirds (changed my mind from ra2 hood) . if i cant find one, i'm going to see about getting a camaro hood modified at a body shop to suit my needs.

- i plan on doing some shaving / debadging. this should include door handle delete, antenna delete, filling in the "pontiac" on the rear bumpercover, and taking steps to eliminate the emblem emedded on the middle panel of the rear lights. (for the time being, i have painted over the emblem itself in black, but it's not shown in the photos cuz it's not on yet)

- i'll be buying some new suspension (including some propper lowering springs -- my current springs are cut from last owner) and hope to lower the whole car's height by an inch or 2.

- down the road i hope to be doing the scissor-door mod.. but my hopes to emulate the k1 styling evo doors have pretty much died down.. looks like i'll have to pay the extra cash to get the system where they slide out on rails, then rotate up.

thats about it for now. hopefully i'll get a lot of this done this summer, when i'll have more time to work on it all.
