i got stopped by 2 cops for having vhted tail lights i guess your suppose to be able to see your tail lights 300 feet away in california and he couldnt see them from 100 then i got stopped for having my headlight covers. geeze im like a cop magnet now cant wait what the ls1 with 2 chambers will do to me

 

they have nothing better to do then pick on people with f-bodys & the teenagers...my philospy is "the more illegal the better"-lol...

 

yea it sucks to be 18 well not really but to cops im fresh bait
its so unfair my dad has a 65 gto 4 speed 389 with a 6 pack and he was driving it with straight headers and slicks and he was chirping his tires to try and start a race with some guy in a new saleen this cop sees this right as the saleen down shifted and went so both of them are going right now 60+ in a 35 zone and the cop pulls over the guy in the saleen and gives him a ticket he was in his 20s and since my dad is like 50 all he got was nice car sir can i please see your engine and when my dad popped the engine he was like wow i know a guy who had one just like this and it was badass and so they talked for like 5 min while im in the car and tehn the guys like leave some tracks my dads like are you sure hes like hell yea go for it i aint gonna give u a ticket so my dad just mashes it and leaves im guessin at this 70 or so feet of strips.

anyways did you get a ticket for the vht taillights? I have blackouts on my taillights and have never been pulled over for them. I was pulled over once while I had them on but the officer never mentioned anything about them.

 

the first cop wasnt a dick to me he was like i couldnt see tail liights and i said i had a leak so i put sealant and he was thats cool i just dont want you to get into an accident because nobody can see your tail lights. i said ok i will try and scrape a little bit off and he was like i also see your headlights are dim and i said yep i have covers for them because i a rock hit my expensive lights and i didnt want to pay for another pair if i didnt have to so i put covers on and i jsut turn my fog lights on. he was ok cool
now the second cop was a dick he followed me for about a mile and half and i was on radar the whole time so when he couldnt pull me over for anything else he did it for my tail lights. he checked my car for **** too then he was like i dont want you speeding and i want you to take off your tail lights and clean them or something

 

exactly... couldnt of said it better nik. If i was that cop, i would of pulled over the the stang too, and i would of givin your dad a PBA card! same goes with imports.
