Stock Valve Covers

Hey, I was just wondering what material my stock valve covers are? Car is an '89 IROC-Z 350 TPI. I am hoping they are aluminum so I can remove the paint and polish them. Thanks. -89IRO

Axle/Gears: 3.42, 3.42

beleive it or not they will polish up it just takes alot of time. Mine had alot of rust on them, so i sandblasted them. ill try to get a pic tomm.
