im paintin my wheels

ive decided to ditch the cheap lookin after market chrome wheels that i bought my car with and convert back to the stock firebird wheels. I started painting them black (after sanding and prepping of course!) the only thing i wonder is how many clear coats should i top them off with? and will the paint chip when they put the wheel weights on them? as for the color choice, these rims look so hot painted black IMO

they're some cheap american racing chrome wheels, the ones that cost like 45$ a piece...plus they're startin to rust and i like black rims better anyways...do u know how many clear coats i should put on em?
