I think the topic speaks for itself. If you have flames on your car lets see em. I want them, but trying to decide the base color I want to go with first.

This is obviously not my Camaro, but rather my Yukon. I will be putting matching flames on my 91 in the next few months....

The flames were painted with a chameleon pearl by a newer company "Kaotic Kolors". There are a few differant color pearls you can go with , I went with purple / orange. My Camaro will get a silver / emerald green.....

Arn't those "ghost" flames? They look sweet, the entire truck looks sweet. I was thinking of metallic red, like the new vette's, with pearl ghost flames, but still not sure on color or flame type.

Not quite my cup of tea, but it is an awesome job. I want ust your normal everyday flames
I like the black with blue flames, but I think I want to go with red paint and flames from there... but not sure yet. Still may go black.

yep culpeper's car, i bet its insane in person, sometimes pictures dont do justice, but the skull's and the whole theme is very diffrent , :hail:
what im trying to fiqure out, is how did the painter airbrush that, he had to use some kinda of overlaping, maybe like 5 coats of colors overlapping , then one final cover of detailing and highlighting, humm i love to learn the secret on that, here is another picture that i got off this board, of the same kinda paint job but more close up

Woh... Those flames get better and better the more pictures are posted. Unfortunately, I drive my car everyday and those kind of flames would cost WAY too much to trust people at the grocery store on But the skulls are cool

Yeah I planned on getting Flames once too, but i don't think my car is worth getting flames for now.
I photoshopped David Culpeppers old paint jpob into this, it's kinda how I planned to get mine done
EDIT: and if 1991 Z-28 see's this: Yeah I know, I stole your rims..........again

Definitely some cool flames, Culpepper's are over the top ...I like 'em, especially the skull detail which I didn't notice before. However, I think it should be more solid around the bumper and fade somewhat into that really intricate pattern...
Ringmaster, those flames are pretty sweet, only thing is they expose the non-functionality of the big-block hood...
