just got a camaro and i was wondering can i take the hatch from my firebird and put it on this camaro? if not the whole thing what about just the window i wanna save some $$ on tint lol

 

there all the same, the only differnce is if u have a spoiler on it weather its a camaro or firebird(ta) that has a spoiler that mounts to the hatch.

 

82 through 92, the back hatch glass and deck is the same (minus spoiler holes). The only revision was in 90 or somewhere around there, the latch hook changed from a piece of formed round metal to a stamped design. The latch hooks will interchange (bolt in the same locations) on the decks though

 

ok ok let me get this right i got that the glass is the same, so can i just take the whole thing with the spoiler on it and all and put it on a camaro??

 

yes but if the latch on the hatch is different ( the hook type thingy) then u can unbolt the one from the old hatch and put it on the hatch ur puttin on the car.

umm theres one guy on here i think his name is NEED4SPEED. he has an 87 gta wrap around spoiler on his 87 camaro.
