Open the file in MS Paint. Click ctrl+w and resize to about 30-40% and resave as a different file name and as a jpeg file. You should be able to attach now.

Ughhhhhh.....the other day I went out and bought 80-400 sandpaper. I didn't have any tools so I had to do it all by hand. I sanded the hell out of my rim with 80 for like an hour...then the others I did good, but not as thorough. so after working on 1 WHEEL for like 5 hours, I finally wet sanded w/ 400 and then put on some Mothers Aluminum Polish.....to find really no difference in wheel!!!!!!!! wtf??? any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

i started with a fine all pupose dry paper untill i couldnt see the machine lines any more. then i went to a 1000 wetsand untill no lines. then 1500 with no lines then 2000.with no lines. it took about 5 hours a wheel but it turned out like this the pictures dont compliment the wheel half as much as in person
