i know i saw a post of someone who sprayed their tail lights with fabric paint but i couldnt find the post.. does it actually work? and does the light shine through good? bc theres alot of old people that drive around here and i dont wanna get rearended bc they couldnt tell i was stopping.

 

I have a buddy who wet sanded his rear tail lenses (were amber colored) and painted them candy apple red. It turned out pretty good. Would've turned out better if he knew exactly what he was doing or had professional help. You can buy this kind of paint at any hobby store.

 

It's not fabric paint, it's translucent paint and you can get it at hobby stores.
