fitting my SS hood?
how do i get my new hood from ASCD to fit right? I have lowered the latch, screwed the hood stoppers all the way down and there is still an inch gap in the front. the sides sit flush with the fenders except for the huge lump on the drivers side. I think that is just a defect in my hood.

Adam if you would have read some more of other people's experience with that hood, you would have found that this is a pretty common thing with these hoods. I've read of numerous people having the same problem.

Hello Adam have you trimmed back the turned down front lip at the front edge of the hood or mabe adjusted your front bumper that might be part of the problem see ya rex
